Staff
Jesse ChangJesse serves as the Executive Director for Catalyst SGV. He grew up on the East Coast and got an art degree in college, then moved to attend Fuller Seminary and after serving in a local church moved to the non-profit world. Jesse loves to create new things, whether it be designing a garden or putting together a new program to better serve our schools and families. His wonderful spouse and kids tolerate their vacation forays into the rich diversity of our natural heritage in California.

Tina DunnTina is the Outreach Coordinator for Catalyst SGV. She works with local churches and community organizations to link them to opportunities to serve those in need. She was born and raised in Monterey Park. Tina is a social worker and during her free time, enjoys running, hiking, baking, traveling and playing games with her family.

Delmy Batol Delmy is the Catalyst Lead HOPE Manager. She works with families that are referred to Catalyst through AUSD, MUSD, GUSD, Monterey Park Police Dept., and other agencies or community referrals. She connects them to community resources and referrals for things such as food insecurity, housing insecurity, childcare, and government agencies. Delmy has over 20 years of social work experience, mostly working with families and children. She has had the honor and privilege of serving the marginalized and has found it to be an amazing blessing. Working with Catalyst has allowed her to meet such extraordinary people in the community she serves and hopes to continue learning from their experience.

Rosibel Pichardo Rosi is a Case Manager for the HOPE Program and the Lead Youth Coach for the Project Rise Healthy Relationship Program. She works directly with families across the San Gabriel Valley to help them overcome challenging moments. Rosi also works directly with youth and parents by facilitating an evidence-based curriculum to adolescents across Los Angeles and neighboring communities. She has obtained her Bachelor's in Social Work from Cal State Los Angeles and is pursuing her Master's Degree. Rosi was born and raised in the Los Angeles area and has a passion for social work and giving back to communities like her own.

Amy PangAmy is the Content Coordinator for Catalyst SGV. Passionate about digital story-telling, she manages Catalyst's social media presence on Instagram and Facebook, creates our seasonal online fundraiser campaigns, and regularly updates the website to better tell our story. She also works on Mandarin translation for our Mandarin-speaking parents that attend Catalyst parent workshops. Originally from Chicago, Amy is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California with bachelors in Economics and International Relations and a minor in Digital Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking.

Wenonie LingWenonie joins the Catalyst SGV team as Administrator. She is an organizational creative who has served in support roles for various nonprofits and faith-based organizations. With a Bachelors in Theater from UC Irvine, and a Masters in Worship, Theology, and the Arts from Fuller Seminary, Wenonie utilizes her skills to streamline productivity and efficiency of organizational processes and procedures. A fan of Disney experiences, she has lived in Southern California, Hong Kong, and Hawaii, and enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures through their food, clothing, visual and performing arts.

Michael Piña
Michael is the Garden Educator for Catalyst SGV. He grew up in the East LA and San Gabriel Valley areas and received a B.S. in Biology from Loyola Marymount University. As he wraps up his time at the University of California, Riverside for graduate school in Plant Biology, he is focusing on plant education and outreach efforts. Michael also serves as part-time faculty at Cal Poly Pomona in the Plant Science Department. When not doing something plant-related, he likes to cook, do yoga, and play pinball.
